We're looking for brilliant support workers to help take care of those in need across south east Northumberland, including those with experience in palliative care support. 

All new starters will be given first class induction training to help them take on these demanding roles.

Specific Responsibilities

• To offer assistance to those in need by undertaking their personal care and helping with tasks.
• To maintain strict confidentiality of patient, company and staff information at all times
• To work as part of a team and have the ability to prioritise tasks
• To report any issues of concern to line manager or registered manager
• To ensure that you treat all service users and colleagues with respect and dignity at all times
• To ensure that the service/s is compliant with Care Quality Commission (CQC) Standards and best practice.

Minimum Requirements

• Full drivers license 
• A warm, compassionate and personable nature with the ability to work with patience, tact and understanding.
